Editing Orders--Add Comments, change totals, etc

I think a useful feature would be the ability to edit orders after they are placed. So if the customer wants to change something on the order, you can go in and manually do it after the fact. Or if they want it shipped out the same day, you could do that as well.

Is that possible? Because I'm surprised it hasn't been added already.

May I suggest you take a look at Ordoro? (www.ordoro.com) We have a web-based order management system that is fully integrated with Shopsite. You can modify orders, print shipping labels, track inventory and manage purchasing with the Ordoro system. We have many Shopsite merchants on our system and they are all happy with the features and the customer service we offer.
