I am trying to set up my Shopsite cart (10 sp2 r2) to use FedEx shipping. I am using the wizard to configure the FedEx account, but keep getting the following error after entering my account info, filling in all required fields, and clicking the "Proceed" button:
FedEx XML reply is missing required information.
I have found absolutely nothing to shed light on the cause of the error or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
