How to Configure Tell A Friend?

We have decided to try Tell A Friend in ShopSite 10, but when I go to Shopsite>Merchandising> there is no tab for Tell A Friend. How do you turn the function on and manage it in Shopsite 10 SP2 r2

Do you have Merchandising > Social Media > Share with Friends ? If so that screen has configuration for the ShopSite "Tell a Friend" feature or the "Share With Friends" feature using the AddThis functionality.
