Google Analytics Funnel, Thankyou.cgi & confirmation page

Hello,

We set up our Google Analytics Funnel but after 30 days we the data shows no one getting to thank you page. Which is incorrect as we have had more than 200 orders. I have read earlier posts here and folks say the funnel is working with Shopsite. Some posters indicate they use the confrimation page. We do not. Does anyone know why the Google Funnel should not work with our thankyou.cgi if we do not use the confirmation page? Here is the order for our funnel:

thankyou.cgi


Yet we get no data on the thankyou.cig. Google analytics show no one ever hits that page, which is wrong. Do we need to turn on the confirmation page?
