Coupons - buy one, get one free; discounted shipping

Buy one, get one free: Ideally, define two product groups. If they buy an item from the first group, and then they pick an item from the second group, the item from the second group is free.

Love the free shipping option, but would like to offer a coupon for $1 shipping, or some other discounted rate. Not just free.

The buy one get one free can be implemented using the Rewards feature so no coupon is necessary. If the purchase one of the items they are notified that they are entitled to select one of the free items.
