SSL Shopsite User Prompt

Hi,

I just installed an SSL on my site. Now when I click the "checkout" I get prompted by Windows Security to enter a user name and password. Says that Shopsite User requires. How can I disable?

What URL do you have in Preferences -> Hosting Service for the 'Shopping Cart secure URL' setting?

OK, so it looks like it is probably the 'Secure Store URL' setting you need to fix. Right now it is probably set to 'https://www.luckydogpeturns.com/ss', but should like just be 'https://www.luckydogpeturns.com'.

The reason it is prompting for the password right now is that this URL setting is used as the base URL for the product images displayed on the secure Checkout page, and the secure URL you have used for this setting is actually for the password-protected ShopSite admin screens instead, so it prompts for password in order to try to display the product image.

It also looks like you have 'https://www.luckydogpeturns.com/ss' for the 'ShopSite Images secure URL' setting. This should probably be 'https://www.luckydogpeturns.com/shopsite-images' instead.
