Can't access orders

Trying to access our web orders and getting an error message that says Server Not Found. Anyone experience anything similar?

It could be that there is an interruption in the Internet connection from your computer to the webserver computer.
It could be a problem with you internet service provider (may or may not be the same as where your store is hosted) Can you get to other sites on the web?
It may be that the domain name registration has expired and so it has been removed from routing tables.

If you an access other websites like google.com amazon.com etc then you should contact the support team where your store is hosted.

Thanks, Jim.

I can definitely get online with no problem. Can even access other parts of the store via Shopsite, just not the orders page. Guess I better contact Verio.

Eric,

Sounds like a problem with your secure URL. Try going to Preferences -> Hosting Service and uncheck the 'Use SSL security in ShopSite' setting, and Save Changes. Then see if you can get to the Orders menu.

Your host will need to help you fix whatever the issue with your SSL URLs.

Will contact the host regarding the SSL.

Okay... so I toggled the Use SSL Server for Merchant Interface to the OFF position and it allowed me to access my orders. Then I went back and toggled the Use SSL Server back to the ON position.

Guess what? Somehow that fixed the problem. No issues accessing orders now.

Not sure how that could have fixed an problem with your SSL server. Probably just a coincidence that it was fixed/resolved around the same time you toggled the use of it back on in ShopSite.
