With two stores that have reported this problem it appears that upgrading them from an earlier v10 version to v10 sp2 resolves the problem. So if you are encountering this issue and are not on sp2 (and perhaps even sp1) try upgrading and see if that resolves this issue. Apparently something is different with the data or connectivity regarding PayPal's ip change and more recent versions of ShopSite still work.

Good news for connie, that you are up. We are still down. What ended up the problem? Was it PayPal related or something else?

Thank you David

How do I get access to sp1 and sp2 for shopsite 10. Do I have to upgrade to sp1 first, or can I go directly to sp2?

If you are hosted at one of our partners you can contact them to upgrade you. If not, e-mail info-team@shopsite.com and include your store's domain name and someone will get back to you with your options. You do not have to first upgrade to sp1 before going to sp2, you can go directory to service pack 2.

Thank you David. I downloaded and installed ShopSite 10 SP2 and the store is back online and taking credit card transactions via PayPal.
