Is there anything I can do so I can download all the Custom Product Fields in my database? I am currently using 15.

When you are downloading your database, make sure that you have the version set to the latest version (in older versions of ShopSite there were only 10 fields). Then when selecting fields to download (if you are not downloading the entire database), make sure you add the additional 5 fields you want.

Thanks, my shopsite version was defaulting to 10.0, thought it was defaulting to the latest version(10.1)
