Remove Show me My Shopping Cart Text Box in Starter

Is there any way to remove the Show Me My Shopping Cart Text Box in Shop Site Starter? I am creating order anywhere buttons, and this text is not relevant. I tried Commerce Setup-->Order System-->Shopping Cart (where the help files say it should be) - but there is no option there?

The option to remove the "Show me My Shopping Cart" checkbox is not available in starter level stores, it is only available Pro and Manager level stores.
