Accept Terms before checkout

A box for customers to click, accepting terms for the purchase at the bottom of the checkout page, is now required by many merchants for legal reasons. We've been advised to do this as well but this feature isn't available with Shopsite-could you look at it for the next release?

This can be done in a Pro level store using the Custom Checkout fields feature found under Commerce Setup > Order System > Checkout .
