Shopsite Order Transfer Module

Hi,

I just recently purchased (not upgrade) this software (ver 2.0) because I begun using Quickbooks and figure this would be a easier way to upload my orders, rather than entering them manually into Quickbooks. Unfortunately Im also hosted with Shopsite, so my only option to to dl the XML file then import them into QB through the order transfer module. I am currently using QB Pro 2011 version, and using Shopsite 8.3. After going through the wizard and setting my preferences (with QB file open), I did a test run, but the files simply won't upload. I ran this several times and there is no error - but under the status window imported column - file not uploaded. Need help asap!

Confused41, I am confused with your post.

First, questions about the Order Transfer program should be sent to ordertransfer @ shopsite.com. OrderTransfer is a separate program from ShopSite, which this forum is dedicated to, and few people on the forum would be able to answer configuration questions that relate directly to your ShopSite store and your Quickbooks setup.

Second, ShopSite does not host sites, (except for a few legacy sites from before 1999) and all the stores on our servers are at the very latest version 10 sp2 r2. So where is your site hosted?

Third, QuickBooks 2011 is their latest version but you are running ShopSite 8.3 which is going on 4 years old. You should definitely consider upgrading your ShopSite to the latest version if you are going to try and use it to interface with the latest version of QuickBooks.
