Move Out of Stock Header below Store Logo

Is there a way for me to move the error msg: "The selected item is no longer available" or the "Out of stock" below my store logo?

That type of message is output by the template tag [-- ShopSiteMessages --] so check the shopping cart template you are using and see if it is where you need it. If not move it to where you want it. Also make sure that it is properly included in the table or div tags because items that aren't properly placed may be displayed at the top or bottom of the screen depending on which browser you are using.
