Multiple Cart Templates

We would love to try A/B split testing for our site to try to increase sales.
One of the areas we would like to test that on is the Cart/Checkout pages.
The problem we have is that it requires 2 different pages to test and you can only use 1 cart template at a time, you cannot ceate multiple templates and somehow tell Google A/B testing to use alternate templates (at least not that we can find, and that is after posting questions on this forum and asking our shopsite hosting company)

I would love a way to either be able to select alternate templates that Google could understand, or even better have the option to tell shopsite to 'alternate' templates so we did not need to use outside parties for A/B or Multivariate testing.
