Marking a post as closed or resolved

If a question I posted in the forum has been answered, is there a way I should mark the issue as closed or resolved?

You don't need to mark it closed. If you asked for help and you found out how to do it you could add a comment that it has been resolve and perhaps how you solved the issue incase someone else has a similar problem.
