Cross Sell Code

My Page and Product templates are highly customized. I'd like to add the Cross Sell code to them.

Question 1
Where (which SS template(s)) can I extract the code from to add to my templates?

Question 2
I see the Cross Sell code is on the Product More Information Page. How does this differ from Sub-products or is it in addition to but displayed differently?

Cross-sell are separate from sub-products so they have their own [-- DEFINE --] section. For Cross-sell on the Product more information pages the DEFINE is in the Product Template. For the Shopping cart screen the DEFINEs are in the Shopping cart template. So you can have the cross-sell look different on More information pages than they do in the shopping cart.
