All product levels of ShopSite have the option for the checkbox Rob mentioned. The 3 fields associated with this feature: Create an add to e-mail list box:, Add to e-mail list box checked by default: , and Text displayed for add to e-mail list: are found on Commerce > Order System Checkout. Unless you are processing a lot of orders it shouldn't be hard to download the email addresses and add them to a contact list in your email application and send an email to all of them at once. If you are doing lots of email campaigns then it may pay to use one of the 3rd party apps.
