I need to insert a java script in the <head> area of the page, and then script on the body to show the ssl cert image and actual cert on roll over.

I have it working through manually editing a page after it was 1st generated by SS.

But I'm assuming that if I do any edits in SS, and then publish, my manual edits would be gone ?!?!

If so, how does one get the required script in the <head> through SS?
I see the meta tag and title editing in SS for a page.. but that's it...

You are correct that if you modify ShopSite generated pages and then publish your changes will be gone.

Are you using custom templates? If so you could just put it in your template. If you are using a ShopSite provided template you could modify that template to include the information you need.

There is a solution in the ShopSite Knowledge base for adding additonal meta data in the header on store pages (not shopping cart).

you might look at that and see if it gives you what you need.

I dove into the custom template, copied the existing, renamed, edited the <head> and dumped the other required code after the </body> and it works like a charm..
