free ground freight to apo military address

I want to have a free ground freight of my selected items to apo military type address. Can I do this?

You could use the Free Shipping Option under Commerce Setup--Shipping.

Unfortunately, it looks like you'd have to EXCLUDE every other US zip code, except for the APO ones. There doesn't appear to be a way to apply the free shipping to just specific zips.

Another option may be Lexiconn's Shipping Add-on Module, which gives much more detailed control over shipping options:

You could probably also write some Javascript to only display the free shipping option if the selected state is AP.
