Paypal Billing Address

Using Paypal Express Checkout, no billing address is recorded for the order. Not having a billing address listed is problematic for our order export processing.

It would be very helpful if Shopsite could pass the shipping address info provided by Paypal back into the billing address fields as well, similar to the way billing info can be populated into empty shipping address fields for Quickbooks downloads.

You are correct that with PayPal Standard, the billing address information is not passed back. However, I believe that with PayPal Express this information is passed back. You can change your integration from PayPal Standard to PayPal Express by going to Commerce Setup > Payment. We are using Paypal Express.

Under Commerce System--Payment--Payment Services, the second selection "PayPal Express Checkout" is selected.

So, I guess we're confirming this is how it works...no billing address recorded on Paypal Express payment orders.

So, I guess I'll officially submit an enhancement request.
