Order Submit Error Message

We are receiving this SS Error Message when ever the "Submit Order" button is clicked from the Checkout Shipping Page, going to the Confirmation page.

"Please copy the number from the image"

Anyone know what this means?

You have the "Human Validation" feature found under Commerce Setup > Payment Setup enabled. It should display a box with some numbers in it that the shopper needs to enter before they can finalize the checkout. It can be set to Always On, On but only after # failed attempts have been reached or Off.

Thanks for your help, we are moving the store to a new server and there are quite a few presets we have not used turned on.
