Cart issue with FireFox

This only occurs in Firefox:

Open browser, we know there are items in the cart but mini-cart shows no items. Go to Cart, cart is empty. Continue Shopping. Add items to cart, Cart shows new items and the previous items as well. Continue Shopping, mini-cart shows items correctly, number of items and dollar figure. Go back to cart, cart is empty. Continue Shopping, mini-cart shows 0 items, no dollar figure.

No clue why this is happening. Any suggestions.

I use firefox all the time (in fact most of the ShopSite engineers do to) and I don't see that type of problems. My best guess is that you have different domain that you are ordering from some times for example you have web pages with www.domain.com and others with just domain.com or mysite.myhost.com. Adding items from different forms where the form submit goes to a different domain will result in the behavior you are seeing. So make sure that you are consistant in both the domain used for your store pages and the shopping cart cgis. The mini cart is displayed based on a cookie and the cookie can only be read by the domain that sets it this is why you sometimes see the mini cart and sometimes you don't. When you access the store page and the cart from the same domain you will see the minicart but if one or the other is a different domain then you won't see it.

I am in the middle of moving to a Linux VPS with RedHat Op System. I think it may be a security issue since I have not yet updated my CSR and Private Key.
