help for a newb----hyper links

I have a list of product hyper links on my main page of my site. I am wondering how to delete some of these because i am no longing carrying the product. I have spent most of the day looking for an option in the shopsite back office but couldnt find anything.. Please help!!!

How did the links get there in the first place? Did you use ShopSite to generate the pages or did you create them by hand or in another application such as front page?

If you used ShopSite and you are never going to have the items the links refer to again, just delete the product or page from the Pages or Products screen and republish the store and they will be gone.

If you did it in ShopSite and the links are for pages or products that you may have in the future go to the Pages screen, select the page that the links are on and click on the page name then uncheck the page/product that you want to delete (if in Advance Editing mode click the Assign Items button then find the page/products that you want to delete and remove them from the assigned list.) Then publish the store (Utilities > Publish > Regenerate) and the links will be gone from any ShopSite generated page.
