Call PayPal and upgrade to a Business Account. Phone # 1-888-221-1161. When your call is answered, of course, it's automated so after the voice asks you what your phone number is just say "technical support" and you will be connected to a human. Or say "sales" and you will be connected to sales to get the Business Account. Also call your host and purchase a SSL security certification and dedicated IP which will run you $45.00 annually for the certificate and $2.50 a month for the dedicated IP. No doubt you have already done this because if you haven't, Reports has a warning alert.
If you give PayPal your URL of your ShopSite account, they can get into your form and walk you through. Also call ShopSite and they can help you also.

Although I filled out everything correctly so far only the people that used their PayPal accounts have been processed, everybody else who used a credit card is still being processed in cyberspace. So I'm really not very helpful because I need help with processing credit cards.
