Only showing 15 links on left menu

When I went to the URL listed above, I counted 22 links in the left navigation column. One thing to check when you make changes to, and publish, your store is that you are refreshing your website page. This way, the browser is forced to go to the server and grab the page with the new changes. Otherwise, you could be looking at the old copy of your page which the browser had saved to your computer.

Yes I did refresh. I noticed more links added as I added pages today. However there is a page titled Baggage Carts which is not showing up. I deleted the page. Went to Add a Page again and tried to create the Baggage Carts page again but it is still not showing. Published the store and refreshed the page still not there. Any thoughts?? It's completely perplexing!

Also while I'm here, is there a way to set the links to go into alphabetical order?? I've looked briefly but didn't see anything. I'll look more extensively as well in case this is a FAQ and the answer is somewhere...lol

Concerning the page you mentioned which is not showing up, all I can say is check to make sure you did link the page to your home page (Pages > Select Baggage Carts > Edit Page Content > Links to page). Once you know it was linked to the home page, save changes, publish the store, and refresh your page.

As for setting the links in alphabetical order, if you are only doing it for one page then go to Pages > Select the Page > Edit Page Layout. At the bottom of that screen there is a section titled "Page Arrangement Settings." Set the Order to Ascending. The help documentation for the Edit Page Layout screen and the fields on it for your level and version of ShopSite can be found at the URL below:

I'll double check that it is set to show on the Home page thanks!! Couldn't find that option...

And thanks on the Ascending tip AND the URL!!!! That should keep me busy for the weekend!! LOL...

Also is there anything I should be looking for to see why some products in my old store did not import into the one on shopsite from the spreadsheet?? Any punctuation that may have made it funky?

You do not need to create another home page. You just need to make sure when you create the new pages, that you place select home page under "links to pages" (Pages > Edit Page Content). ShopSite does not automatically link all new pages to the home page, because not all merchants set up their stores in that manner.
