Does anyone have any experience using ClickTale? ClickTale allows you to watch user behavior and see heatmaps of how they used the page.

My question is how to insert the code in Shopsite. ClickTales instructions say:
Copy this code after the <body> tag at the top of your web page:

Copy this code before the </body> tag at the bottom of your web page

I don't see body tags in my templates. Is it possible to put this code on category and product pages, if so where??

If it just needs to be NEAR the opening and closing <body> tags, then you can add the code to the header and footer fields (Preferences > Page Header/Footer or Preferences > Layout Settings depending on your version of ShopSite).

If you need it to be right next to the opening and closing <body> tags then you will need to edit this in the template. What template are you using?

I have a custom template, but I don't see the body tags - are they in the template??
