Sorry if this is obvious and I'm just not seeing it. Is there a report I can run to see the results of what people are typing in the search bar to find products?

Depends on what Version of ShopSite and what product level. If you go to Preferences > Search Settings there may be a Search Logging option that you can enable. If it isn't there you either have too old of a version or a level that doesn't include search logging.

Found it! Thanks Jim. It appears to be disabled by default.
Why is that? Does it eat up a lot of resources and/or slow things down?
