htdocs folder accidentally deleted

hi, i accidentally deleted our htdocs folder. luckily there was a backup file in our server. however, after copying the entire htdocs folder, i was unable to publish files, encountering an errno: Permission Denied error. the Pages and the Products in Shopsite are also outdated. How do I update it with the ones that I currently copied? In addition, the media manager displays an incorrect path, other than http://mydomain/store/media/files it displays http://mydomain/store/media//usr/local/ ... edia/files..

how do i correct these? please help...

First contact your host and ask for their help. If they can't then you should purchase a ShopSite support incident at http://shopsite.com/support_pricing.html. Each server is configured differently so it is not possible to give general directions that would cover every configuration.
