Hi.
Yesterday I upgraded one of our sites from V10 sp1 to the revision 2 and now there is an issue with 3D secure.
I will do my best to explain the problem.
Everything works fine upto and including the 3D secure password.
As soon as the 3D secure submit button is pressed our customers get this message.
Error in Form!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We're sorry, but there was an error in your form data!
You must specify a valid value for: storeid .
Please go back and try it again.
We use Sagepay for our payment processing, and the transaction eventually reaches them, but as a failed transaction saying something like the user did not complete the transaction after 15 minutes.
I have contacted Sagepay, and after some digging they suggest it is a problem with our ssl certificate.
Our other site using the same ssl is taking payments with no issues, and so was this site unit the upgrade.
If someone could help, that would be great. At the moment we are not taking orders and it hurts.
The backup TAR files are still there, but I cannot remember how to untar them to restore the data prior to the upgrade.
Yours Arthur.
Service pack 1 revision 2 (v10 sp1 r2) 3d secure issue.

Thanks again Loren you have been very helpful again.
That has restored things and 3D secure is now working.
I am not sure what to do now, perhaps lodge this with Shopsite support.
It would seem something in the upgrade is affecting 3D secure, our site, and Sagepay.
I will drop support a line sometime Saturday, it is late here in the UK now.
Arthur.
