Human Validation /Fraud protection

Hi,

Is anyone having trouble with "Human Validation"? I have enabled this feature but it does not seem to work. Orders are processed without the feature off fine. When it is on I keep getting "Please try again to copy the number from the image " at the top of the screen.

I am running Shopsite v10 on a Bluehost server. It has SSL and private IP. My processor is Paypal.

Any help would be appreciated,
