How to turn off Ship to Country and Ship to Zip/Postal Code

How do I turn these settings off in shopsite? I have a user that modified the settings in Shopsite and now it's showing up in the shopping cart checkout screen and I can't get rid of it.

Certain features require these fields so without disabling those features they will always be there.
Some of the features that require them are UPS, FedEx, USPS, custom shipping methods., Tax by Zip, VAT, Some payment gateways, Free shipping . If any of these are enabled you won't be able to disable the fields.

Thanks for getting back to me. I really need to figure this out. These features were not invoked until yesterday as an accident (by another person) so what we had setup has been working for years. I cannot find where to disable them. I have looked under the shipping buttons but cannot find where to deselect or disable them. I've searched the knowledge base but still can't figure it out.

The shipping options would be under Commerce Setup > Shipping The main options are near the top of the screen and free shipping is near the bottom

Tax under Commerce Setup > Tax

The payment gateway is under Commerce Setup > Payment

Most options have a checkbox that enables the feature so you would just need to uncheck it. But if it was enabled for a reason you might want to be sure that you don't need the functionality that it enables.

I appreciate the feedback. I've been to all of those settings. I've even looked at the customized code of the checkout page. In fact it's strange because it's not displayed in the custom font like the rest of the shopping cart. Also if I go into store preferences, store text and then click on shopping cart I can remove the text that displays for "Ship to Country" and "Ship to Zip/Postal Code" However, it still leaves the values there when a user checks out. The first value (Ship from Zip) has a zip code in it even though I found a reference to the zip code under commerce setup, shipping, configure add-ons and removed it. The second (ship to country) shows United States. I also do not have the custom add-ons boxed checked. The site has always shipped by currency only. It's like the custom Shipping add-ons are showing up even thought I do not have that option checked. Perhaps that helps better clarify my issue. Thanks again for your attention to this issue.

I finally figured it out. So what happened is in the individual product pages (which the client has access to edit) they had clicked on a link under the VAT/GST Rate setting that takes you to a Commerce System > Tax screen. There is a setting there that says "Use Zip code to determine sales tax". The setting was previously set to "Use shopper selected sales tax" before this all happened. Once I found this setting it solved my issue.
