Changing Links To Pages but changes not holding

This is getting strange. I am making all kinds of changes, both global and individual, to my pages and products, and these changes are working fine...but the changes made using the Links to Pages button are not holding. I can see the correct links in the Links to pages screen, but when I publish, or regenerate, these changes do not appear in the website.

Are you sure you are looking at the right pages to see the links? Note the comment on the "Links To Page:" field "Click to select the pages that link to this page."

So the links will not appear on the page they are assigned on they will appear on the pages that link to that page.

To add links on a page you use the Assign Items button and assign the pages that you want links on that page to go to.
