Receipt Email Subject

Is there a place I can change the subject of the email receipt? Can't seem
to find it in the documentation.

Preferences > Store Text > Receipts
Order Number and Your Receipt fields are combined to make the subject line.
Note that Order Number is also used on the on screen receipt so you'll want to
make sure what you put there looks good in both places.
