Drop Down Menu Delay in Backoffice

Just a small suggestion. The drop down menus in the back office are nice but they could use a small hover delay added to them so that every time you simply mouse over them they do not expand and instead would have to hover over them for half a second or so before they drop down.

Just go to Utilities > Back Office UI and set the delay to what you want. You can also set it so you have to Click to get the menu.
