Coupon creation issue

Hello-

I've run into a significant problem in creating coupons: when I try to create a coupon for a specific dollar amount on a specific product, the coupon creation dialogue fails.

Here are the details:
1) On the coupon main page, I select "Add a coupon" (btw same thing happens if I try to edit an existing coupon)
2) I give the coupon a name, set its expiration date, select the button to make it one-time-use
3) In the Valid For section, I select the button for "Specific Products" then hit the Select button (Change button does the same thing if coupon is being edited), and the whole thing blows up and kicks me all the way to the ShopSite main shopping cart page

Has anyone else seen this happen? Is there a patch to fix it?

I can't duplicate the issue with the steps you give. (note that you need to specify a value for the discount type in the % field or $ box.

What version of ShopSite are you using Have you contacted your host for assistance?
