Coupon not being applied on total cart value

I just found an error while trying to enter an order for customer. It appears that the total amount of the cart is not being factored when applying a coupon. I enter a product with a unit value of $80.95 with a Qty is 3 so the total recalc'ed Cart Value is $242.85.

The coupon is valid for $10 on an Entire Cart Value of $100 or more. The coupon is not expired. Every time I enter the coupon I get "Coupon Not Applied".

If I empty the cart and then add a single product with a unit value greater than $100 the coupon will apply. Here's the coupon code - ev4982 try it on any products at AhoyCaptain.com. I've tried other coupons and they don't appear to working either. HELP!!!!!!

The coupon seems to work for me. However when I add 2 products that are 32.95 each for a total with shipping of 74.98 I still get the $10.00 coupon applied for a total of 64.98 for the order.

So are you sure you have the coupon configured correctly?

Thanks for checking this. The reason the coupon didn't work for you was because I had changed the Cart Value to $0 when I was trying to debug the problem and never changed it back.

Turns out though, that I found it's not the coupon but rather the product that is causing the problem. I had mass uploaded 600 to 800 products at one time and noticed that many developed an odd characteristic when they are added to the cart. They have the word "E-mail:" attached to them on a separate line. Here's an example:

I suspect that the "E-mail" has something to do with downloadable products. Is that correct? All of my products use the same template and are Tangible. Is this a quirk of uploading too many products at once?

I can resolve this for individual products by re-publishing them with the Shop Site Default Template then back again to my custom template. This works on a one on one basis but not when done en mass.

Any ideas?
