Publishing my site

[down2earth]

This is my first attempt at owning a domain (down2earthstore.com) and opening a shopsite store. I was thinking that with one simple click of the 'PUBLISH' button everything would pop up on my domain. I received this warning message: Could not open /home/users/web/b2282/moo.down2earth/store/index.html, errno: Permission denied

I've been in contact with my hosting service (Fat cow) and I still can not get it to the home page I created in shopsite (I used a template already created) to show up on my domain. Any insight would be helpful!

This is a server permissions issue. So press the issue with FatCow and tell them you want a higher level tech to help on the problem. If they can't get the issue resolved on their own they should contact ShopSite support for assistance.
