view cart link

I have a custom footer on my site which has a button for view cart.... what
is the link for making an image like this link to the shopping cart. href
[-- view cart --] does not seem to work.

[--view cart--] is not going to work. It looks like a custom template
tag (although there is no tag by that particular name in custom
templates) which would only work in a template, not in the Header &
Footer text fields in ShopSite.

To get the HTML for a View Cart button, go to Merchandising ->
OrderAnywhere, select any product, anc click the View HTML button, and
copy the URL for the View Cart link from there.

So the view cart link is global.. i was unsure.

I had this issue and made a static link to the cart as well. It seems you
can't put dynamic code (Shopsite custom codes) in the global header and
footer. ShopSite doesn't seem to look for these fields.
