Associate Not Receiving Credit For Orders

Running: ShopSite® Pro 10 r7.2,
I have a new Associate that is linking to many pages of my site. I see in my Google Analytics report that I have received several sales from this Associate's website but in the Shopsite back-end it is not showing any sales for this associate. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

The shopper must click on a link that you have given to the associate that they place on their pages. If the associate just has a link to your site without the appropriate format no credit is given. You can see the type of link that is required under the Merchandising > Associates feature. It would look something like this.

[Your link text or graphic goes here]
</a>

They (or you) can replace the [Your link text or graphic goes here] with text or an image.

They are clicking to my website via the associate link that was generated from Shopsite. Any other ideas why it would not show up in my associate orders but is showing me that sales took place in my Google analytics?

Our website takes Paypal, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Thanks. I don't think that would be causing problem.

What do you have set for the length of time to keep unfinished shopping carts. Commerce Setup > Order System > Shopping cart > Keep unfinished shopping carts:

Are all associate orders not being recognized or just some?

What is a link to an associates site that has one of your associate links.

Jim, thank you for your continued help in trying to get to the bottom of this. My shopping cart is set to 99 days. This is the only associate that I know of that is not being properly credited.

Do you have an associate with this long name "AF101_-_Jewish_American_History_Documentation_Foundation" ? That seems kind of long.
