Shopsite 6.1, Netscape 6, Shipping

Hi,

I'm testing my new website in different browsers before we go live.

It appears that when I place an order in Netscape 6, even if I have the
radio button for "Shipping for Free" selected, when I go to my Shopping
cart it defaults back to "3 Day Select."

What's going on? Is the shipping method stuck in my browser cache or a
cookie somewhere or is this a Shopsite problem?

Can anyone else try (http://66.70.210.253)?

Chris,

Check your data/ip or data/moreip directory for an - entry with
your order. We've had customers experience the same type of problems.
Shopsite try's to set a cookie and if it can't it will store the info in
those directory's. My guess is you have an entry in one of those Dir's.

I tried your site in Opera 6.01 and it worked fine.
