Problem With Mouse Over

This has been driving me crazy for a while now. I don't know how long the problem has existed but I can't fix the photo to work properly as a rollover.

I know this:

1) Other products/images work fine and they work fine if I change them to the location where the problem is.

2) if I move that product to any other image location on the page it is still the same problem.

3) I re uploaded the images for the product that is giving me problems--didn't help.

4) I tried different file names

If anyone might be able to help, I'd appreciate it. The page is:

The problem is the first image (the large one-red).

Paul,

This is the only graphic that is in the ss_size1 directory. All others are in the ss_size2 directory.

You may want to try throwing a copy of the "off" photo in the ss_size2 directory.

Thanks for the reply. Actually if I just rearrange the items and put the problem image as a smaller image it shows up in size2. Only images used in the first spot are large ones and show up in size1. But that doesn't solve the problem.

BTW, I've had two emails during the last two days to our mutual friend who did the template and of course no response whatsoever.
