UPS Issues

I am currently running an older version of Shopsite (8.1.2) and yesterday it stopped communicating with UPS. Neither the shopping cart or the "re-authorization" can connect with UPS. Has anyone else been having problems? I would appreciate knowing so that I can decide wether to focus on the software or a server side issue. Thanks! DC-8

I have no problem communicating with the UPS server.

I know at times UPS has switched the way servers are configured and certain areas of the world (Canada in particular) were affected. Patches were made to work around that issue but I don't know what version they apply to. Are you in Canada?

No, I am in the states. Georgia to be specific. If no one else is having issues, then I guess I need to look at applying a few of the updates and see if that solves the issue. If you can think of any other options, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm running the 7.1 version and I am having the exact same problem. I have no clue on how to fix it though! I am pulling my hair out!
