Email Order Notification: Remove shopsite account access

When I receive an email notification that I have an order there is a link at the bottome of the page that reads:

To retrieve payment information on this order, click on the 'Orders' button from within ShopSite.
Shopsite URL: http://shopsite.

If I click on this link it takes me directly into my shopsite account. Is there anyway to remove this as I would like to have an employee fill the order and not have access to my shopsite account?

There is no way to remove the url. You can always print out the order from the back office of the store, either as the complete order or as the packing slip format and have them fill the order from that.

The link in the email is to your password-protected ShopSite backoffice. The link would only take you directly to your ShopSite backoffice without prompting for the password if you had already previously logged into your ShopSite during the current browser session. Assuming your employees work at a different computer and doesn't know your password, then this link will not just allow them into your ShopSite backoffice.
