Analytics and customer registration help!

I have gone through the google analytics wizard and set up analytics on my site. Now for some reason customers are not able to use the registration or sign in links in my shopping cart. I have been looking at the code and i don't know what javascript I need to change so that these will both work correctly. Any Ideas?

What version of ShopSite are you using? If you have one of the earlier v10 revs (the current version is v10 r6) then the first thing to try is probably to upgrade to the latest.
