Customers cannot order with Mac Firefox browser!

Is there a common compatibility problem with the Firefox for Mac browser? Any other known incompatible browsers? I am certain I am losing customers and sales because after filling in all required info, and clicking PURCHASE, nothing happens! No notice to me, no notice to the potential customer, no thank you screen.

What version of ShopSite are you using? Does it work on a Windows machine with Firefox? What version of Firefox is on the Mac? There was a known issue that Firefox would not go to a link if the browse could not display the image. So check and make sure that your image is actually displaying and not just the alt text for the image. I believe ShopSite 9 added a work around for the Firefox bug so if you aren't at ShopSite 9 upgrading may fix the issue.

Note that most of the developers of ShopSite use Firefox for their main browser so it is well tested on both Windows and Linux platforms. None of the developers have a Mac so I can't say if there is a problem on that version.

This was a problem with how my server was (mis)configured, not a problem with ShopSite or FireFox. Everything is cool now.
