setting up gift certs

Hello, I need to set up my gift certificates for print and post only. But i dont know how to go about all the codes and PIN etc. Could anyone help with setting this up please?

I'm not sure what your question is.

To enable "print and post" gift certificates (regular mail not email) you go to Merchandising > Gift certificates > Configure

Click the On radio button to enable the feature
Select the Gift Certificate Template you want
Click the radio button for Delivery Method - Mail (printed)

You can make other customizations if you want but they are not essential to the operation of gift certificates.

Save Changes and you are done.

When a gift certificate is purchase the order the merchant views in the backoffice of the store will contain a link to print the gift certificate so you an mail it. The format of the certificate is specified in the gift certificate template you selected.

ShopSite will put the required fields on the shopping cart to accept the gift certificate code and pin for when the recipient of the gift certificate wants to redeem it.
