XML download

Trying to use winhttprequest to automate order downloads but having an authintication issue and my hosting provider has not been much help as of yet. I am getting the response indicated below when I input a correct username / password combination. An incorrect combo gives me a standard 401 errror so that leads me to believe that I may be passing the info correctly but some type of configuration issue on the server is my problem. Anyone with some thoughts to help?

Where is your store hosted?

Some hosts do not use the basic webserver authentication mechanism that is normal for ShopSite, instead they present their own login screen and then they log you in through some other authentication method. If this is how your host has it configured you probably will not be able to directly access ShopSite through a winhttprequest. Instead you will have to rely on the xml download from the back office of the store.

Turns out my host uses a cgiwrapper with a symlink to the cgi directory so I had to follow the link thru the wrapper to access the db_xml.cgi now everything works.
