Cart view and ordering currency

this is hovanfue from Japan
I would not like to show Currency(primary) to customers, but Currency (alternate).
And When customer buys my items, the cart will be given the information of Currency(alternate)

Do you understant what I mean?

The shopping cart will always show the Primary currency.

The alternate currency is just for reference. You could reverse the order of the currencies and put the currency you want the shopping cart to have as the Primary currency and then use the Alternate for what is now the Primary.
