We have login information for our customers stored in our .htaccess file and do not currently use Shopsite Registration. Now that you can upload/download the customer database in version 10, we may switch over if we can get the Customer Database in our Inventory Management System to hook up with Shopsite's customer database in some fashion.
I am wondering if there is a way to upload login information to Shopsite(Username and password), so all of our Customers do not need to re-register.
Thanks,

The new (v10) Customer Registration upload allows you to specify the email address (which is the login name for ShopSite's Customer Registration) and the password, see the documentation at:
http://www.shopsite.com/help/10.0/en-US ... ields.html
Note that ShopSite's Customer Registration feature does not control access to your store pages.

I would like it if the Main page of the site could be the login page. This way I could screen Wholsale customers, and not allow retail/general public into our Wholesale site.
I guess the main problem is that when a customer logs in, it takes them to an account information page, not back to the home page.
BUT, if I can turn the Account information page into a Hybrid Account info/home page via adding HTML for my main page into the account info page, shouldn't I be able to have it work correctly?
