automate the order download

Hello. Every day we have a guy log into the Shopsite backoffice and
download the orders. Does anyone have any scripts or tricks to
automatically create the orders delimited text file and download it for back
end processing?? I'd like to schedule it to run automatically each night if
possible. As a seperate issue, I assume billing the orders still gets done
manually. Thanks.
